Join VICTA and a group of 14-17s as we celebrate British Science Week (7-16 March) with the Natural History Museum in London!
We are delighted to be able to have the opportunity to explore behind the scenes at the Museum, gaining access to areas not usually experienced by members of the public. We will enjoy an object-handling session of Mollusca and Ammonites; take a guided tour around the Earth Galleries and explore the Museum’s collection of 22 million species.
VICTA are looking for proactive, enthusiastic volunteers to help support a group of 14-17 year olds access this very special day. You will be expected to support with sighted guide, promoting social facilitation within the group and accessing the activities.
This activity is expected to run from 10am to 2pm however confirmation of timings will be provided if you are successful.
If you are new to VICTA and haven’t filled out the main volunteer application form, please follow this link to sign up – Sign up to become a VICTA volunteer – VICTA
