Following World Braille Day on 4 January, you are invited to join VICTA at MK Gallery to immerse yourself in the world of braille art and meet a braille artist!
VICTA and MK Gallery are hosting a family creative arts day, designed to help children, young people and their families explore what is possible within braille art and challenge perceptions on what art actually is. We are delighted to have Clarke Reynolds join the day, one of VICTA’s Patrons, and a braille artist who has recently been a part of Whizz Kid’s Morph Trail in London. Clarke’s enthusiasm and passion for creating accessible braille art is sure to get our creative juices flowing!
During the day, there will also be an opportunity to explore MK Gallery’s current exhibition, Beyond the Page, through an interactive sensory tour. For further information on the Beyond the Page exhibition, please visit: mkgallery.org/event/beyond-the-page
MK Gallery presents exhibitions of contemporary and historic art and design alongside an extensive public programme, find out all about the gallery here: mkgallery.org
