We are delighted to welcome Charlotte Mann and Kim Webb to the VICTA fundraising team!

Charlotte Mann
Charlotte began her fundraising journey working for a community mental health organisation. She expanded her knowledge and dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of those in need through her work with Full Fact, an organisation which stands up for honesty and integrity in society. Charlotte has a Masters in Migration, Mobility and Development, equipping her with the critical skills required for longitudinal research into the restrictions placed on certain groups in society and the positive impact of innovative interventions. As Senior Fundraising Manager, Charlotte will ensure that VICTA has the financial prosperity to reach vision impaired young people and their families for many years to come.

Kim Webb
Kim has over 30 years’ experience of working within youth and disability, from residential social care supporting children, young people and families with additional needs through to business development and training which has been cultivated through her extensive work across the Private, Public and Third Sector. Kim has had the pleasure of working with and creating sustainable impact for some great organisations such as The Princes Trust, RNID and community based CE3 Enterprises CIC. As a member of the Board of Trustees for Activate Independent Specialist College, as well as providing consultancy services for not-for-profit organisations, Kim also brings great experience and learnings.
