“200g plain or chocolate biscuits (I use 12-15 chocolate digestives)
100g (6 ½ tbsp) butter
600g (22 oz) full fat cream cheese
110g (½ cup) icing sugar
1 tsp mint extract
300ml (1 ¼ cups) double or whipping cream
100g (3 oz) Aero Mint chocolate (or your favourite mint chocolate) plus extra for decoration”

“I’m cooking chocolate crispy cakes and I make a really good date & banana loaf too. My top tips would be to use bright coloured equipment, cook somewhere with lots of light and listen to your mix – it will sound different once it is mixed together.”

“Sasha has been learning to cook during lockdown. Sasha has made strawberry ice-cream, waffles, cannelloni, apple crumble and a good few more!”
