We are excited to announce that our Christmas decoration competition is back for its third year!

We love having the best tree in town made special by all of your home-made decorations and can’t wait to see what you create this year. So if you are feeling crafty don’t forget to enter as there is a small treat for every entrant!

Children of all ages are invited to make a decoration to send in to us. We will then decorate our tree in the run-up to Christmas and share photos on our website and social media for you all to enjoy.

There will be prizes up for grabs!

  • 1st place – £20 Smyths Toys Voucher
  • 2nd place – £15 Smyths Toys Voucher
  • 3rd place – £10 Smyths Toys Voucher

Plus each entrant will receive a little Christmas treat from VICTA through the post to say thank you for cheering up our otherwise lonely tree. The winning decoration will be presented last and take pride of place on the top of our tree.

The only rules are that all decorations must be able to be hung on a tree and be home-made, little ones can ask their siblings to help and use any materials you can find to hand.

Please post your entries to VICTA making sure you include your children’s names, ages and parent/guardian’s contact details. You must also include a full postal address so that we can post your treat out to you.

Terms and Conditions
The competition closes on Wednesday 5th December 2018 at 11am and winners will be notified no later than Friday 14th December 2018. Prizes will be sent out by post after this date. Entries will be judged by VICTA staff members and their decision will be final. The competition is open to children who are blind or partially sighted and their families/siblings. UK residents only. By entering the competition you agree to photographs of the entry being used for promotion purposes and to the name and age of the entrant being shared.
