Explore the beautiful city of Edinburgh with VICTA this December.

Wrap up warm with VICTA and explore Scotland’s capital as it comes alive with winter festivities and excitement! Discover Edinburgh’s historic secrets and enjoy winter themed activities.

Staying close to Edinburgh Waverley station for three nights, we will explore (just a bit) of Edinburgh’s 1.76 square miles of World Heritage Site. Our time will be spent taking part in a curling taster experience, a private city walking and Harry Potter tour, as well as an opportunity to get festive exploring their famous Winter Markets combining the celebrations for Christmas and Hogmanay.

Travel costs

We appreciate that people will travel to Edinburgh to join this activity from different parts of the country. As such, you will need to organise your own transport to the hotel. To help support participants to attend, after the activity has taken place, we will reimburse the cost of public transport providing the tickets have been purchased with the support of a Disability Travel Card.

VICTA staff will be travelling between London Euston and Edinburgh Waverley by train for this activity and there will be an opportunity for participants to travel with VICTA staff. If you would like to join VICTA on the train, please select the box on the application form and we will be in touch if you have a successful application.
